I appreciate how this site addresses the abundance of disabilities that individuals who work in the agriculture business experience. People in this industry put a lot of stress on their body and many are exposed to many potential injurious activities. This site gave a good overview of different difficulties that may be experienced and examples of solutions to the problems. Along with this, it also provides a background on assistive technology for people who may be unfamiliar with the concept.

Disability is part of the natural diversity of human life. It touches all of us, whether through our own individual experience or that of a family member, neighbor, friend or colleague. As such, we all have a role in—and benefit to gain from—advancing equality for people with disabilities in all sectors of society, including the workplace.
