This document does not really cover issues of accessibility and it is several years old already. I would like to see something more updated and inclusive of how E-government Services are meeting 508 standards for accessibility.

"July 26 marks the 19th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act.... the ADA's provisions include the right to seek, obtain, pursue and maintain employment without being hampered by physical or attitudinal barriers. I believe that having a job is a civil right.
