On the right side of the foreground, a biker passes the bus stop where a person waits sitting. The sidewalk behind the bus stop reveals a person pushing a wheelchair with a person sitting in it. A railing is found behind the sidewalk and below this scene is a busy highway. In the background a bridge with a train crosses the busy highway, while a plane flies overhead.
